Cold Splash! - As mentioned, having puffy eyes can be nothing more than a problematic fluid circulation in your face. An easy and cool way to bring back your eyes to their normal appearance is to splash cold water directly on your eye area and the rest of your face. The cold temperature of the water is all you need to jumpstart the fluid circulation in your face.
Tea Bag Patch - Try using teabags. Two teabags moistened by cold water and patched on your puffy eyes for five to ten minutes can reinvigorate your eyes and hold off the puffiness. Again, the coldness of the teabags can help to increase circulation in your face. But more than that, tea has tannin that can also help in tightening the skin in your eye area; thereby, effectively decreasing the bulge in your eyes.
Nobody looks good with puffy bags under their eyes, but how to get rid of them? Everyone’s got their magic potions, but this is the easiest remedy I’ve ever run across, and it really works!
Raw potato slices will help tighten baggy, puffy eyes. All you need is a potato and a knife or slicer!
1. Slice 1/4 potato to fit over your eyes.
2. Cut 2 slices or, if you prefer, 5 to 10 very thin slices, several for each eye. Either method works.
Lying down, place the potato slices on your eyelids and leave in place for at least 10 minutes for best results.
Gravity does take its toll, but something else is at work here: Over time, the skin’s underlying structure breaks down, robbing our faces of their definition, youthful plumpness, and resilience. Skin also renews itself much more slowly than it once did.

Dull / Tired Skin
1. The fastest and easiest way to instantly wake up tired looking skin in the morning is to splash your face with cold water, or take an ice cube and rub it over your face for a few seconds. The reason is that cold water as well as ice stimulates blood circulation, which will temporarily invigorate fatigued skin. As an added bonus, this also helps to tighten large skin pores so your face appear much smoother and softer.
2. Exfoliation should also be a regular part of your skincare routine if you want to brighten sallow skin. Scrub your skin 3 times a week to remove dull rough skin texture and reveal younger, brighter looking skin that is supple and silky soft to the touch.
