what are your opening hours?

Monday  Friday, 11am to 10pm (last appointment 7.30pm)
Saturday, 9.30am to 8pm (last appointment 6pm)
Sunday, 9.30am to 6pm (last appointment 4pm)

As a first time customer, is there anything I need to bring along to my first visit?

Any form of identification would be ideal (eg. NRIC, Passport, Drivers License).

is there a minimum age requirement?

There is no minimum age; but customers aged 16 years and below do require a parental consent form before proceeding with the treatment.

what modes of payment are accepted at porcelain?

We accept Cash, NETS, MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

are prices shown inclusive of gst?

Yes, they are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

are phones allowed during treatments?

We kindly ask customers to refrain from using their mobile phones during treatment; but if it is necessary to do so, kindly keep them on silent mode.

For certain treatments such as cryotherapy and radiofrequency treatments, however, we strongly recommend keeping the phone away as they may interfere with the electrophoresis process.

what if i am late for my appointment?

It is our policy to give you a Call/SMS a day in advance to remind you of your appointment, it will be advised to reschedule at that time. For cancellations, kindly inform us at least 12 hours before your appointment time, after which it will be considered as a Last Minute Cancellation.

Should you arrive late by up to 30 minutes, your appointment shall end at the same time as scheduled.

Should you arrive late by 30 minutes or more, your appointment will be cancelled automatically and regarded as No-Show.

what should I do if i am uncomfortable revealing my contraindicators at the store?

We understand that some contraindicators might feel extremely personal and thus be difficult to share; however, we do require your medical history to ensure that your chosen treatments are completely safe for you.

Thus, if you feel uncomfortable disclaiming such information upfront, you can always email or call prior to your appointment to let us know. Alternatively, you may also inform your therapist personally.

can pregnant/nursing mothers still do their treatments at porcelain?

While a majority of our treatments are suitable for pregnant/nursing mothers, certain steps may need to be changed on a case to case basis to ensure the safest experience.

can treatment rooms be used after the treatment is completed?

While we do allocate some time for customers to change after their treatment, we highly encourage the usage of our makeup rooms outside as we

Yes, we provide hair products such as mists, fragrances and sprays as well as combs and hairdryers.
