Appointments
All our services are based on appointments only, hence, we recommend you to book your appointments in advance to secure your preferred therapist and time slot.

 

For all appointments:
It is our policy to give you a Call/SMS a day in advanced to remind you of your appointment, it will be advised to reschedule at that time.

  • For cancellations, kindly inform us at least 12 hours before your appointment time, after which it will be considered as a Last Minute Cancellation.
  • Should you arrive late by up to 30 minutes, your appointment shall end at the same time as scheduled.
  • Should you arrive late by 30 minutes or more, your appointment will be cancelled automatically and regarded as No-Show.

Cancellations
We also understand that there may be changes to your schedule, kindly give 24 hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment.

Should you need to cancel your appointment, kindly inform us at (65) 62279692 or drop us a text at (65) 97211008 at least 24 hours in advance. For any last-minute cancellation or no-show, there will be a charge of the full session of your appointment.

Arrivals
Kindly arrive 10 minutes ahead of your appointment to allow us to indulge you with a warm footbath and a drink of your choice. As a courtesy to others, please note that if you arrive late, your treatment will still end as scheduled.

Gift Certificates and Discount Vouchers
Gift certificates for treatments and packages are available. Certificates and vouchers must be presented upon payment and are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Pricing/Payment
Prices are subject to change without prior notices and are subject to prevailing GST, unless otherwise stated. For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, China Union Pay, American Express, Nets and Cash payment.

Automated Email Appointment Reminder
Once your appointment is being booked, you will receive an automated email confirmation and another appointment reminder via email and text message a day before your appointment. You can confirm your appointment by replying to the email or text message.

If you do not receive any confirmation, kindly provide our Client Relation Officer your email address to be included in our mailing list.
