This dynamic position is responsible to greeting clients, resolving client concerns, using the Porcelain training to educate and strengthen client understanding on skincare and how to incorporate the Porcelain treatments and products to achieve amazing, healthy skin!

You will work in a team with many other energetic folks who are highly motivated and passionate about skincare!

Must be well spoken, great if you are bi-lingual, have a positive attitude, sensitive to client needs and desire to learn new things. Hospitality experience will be a plus and you must love to interact with people in our growing team!

Career progression include Client Relations Manager, Branch Manager, Sales Manager roles.

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the boutique supervisors/managers in store operation
  • Lead the sales team to meet sales targets
  • Adhoc projects and other leadership roles
  • Provide retail advice suited to customer needs
  • Assist customers in enquiries, sales purchase and client relation activities
  • Maintain and manage merchandise inventory
  • Support in all areas of spa operations
  • Perform other Adhoc administrative duties

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in skincare and/or spa is required for this position.

CLIENT RELATIONS EXECUTIVE

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducting sales to cross-sell and promote products and services
  • Handle face-to-face, email and telephone enquiries
  • Perform reception and administrative duties
  • Follow up with clients on skin conditions, treatment progress and appointment scheduling
  • Assist clients in their requests
  • Communicate and work closely with therapists to ensure maximum client satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS

  • Dedicated & willing to learn
  • Self-Motivated and with high level of initiative
  • Team player with positive attitude and pleasant disposition
  • Willing to work at Orchard Gateway or Outram
  • Singaporeans only
  • Good command of spoken English
  • Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Sales – Retail/General, Customer Service or equivalent.

BEAUTY THERAPIST

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform Face Treatments
  • Perform housekeeping duties and maintain the cleanliness of the Spa
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Perform basic administrative duties whenever required
  • Complete training
  • Handle client enquiries

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1 year experience in the Beauty Industry
  • Dedicated & willing to learn
  • Self-Motivated and with high level of initiative
  • Team player with positive attitude and pleasant disposition
