There is a lot of nutrients packed in a tomato that you can just grab at the supermarket that benefits your skin! They contain vitamins that your skin need including:

1. Shrink Your Pores
Tomatoes are an astringent which helps to reduce the size of your pores to make them smaller.
Mix a tablespoon of tomato juice with 3-4 drops of lime juice. Use a cotton ball and spread gently all over your face in circular motion. Leave it on for about 15 minutes and rinse off with cold water.
2. Cure Acne
Vitamins A and C are regularly found in acne medication and these two vitamins are also available in tomatoes.
If you have mild acne, cut the tomato in half and rub it all over your face. For severe acne, you can use fresh tomato puree as a mask. Take one tomato and make it into a puree and rub on face. Leave it on for an hour. Rinse and apply moisturizer. Do it on a regular basis.
3. Remove Blackheads
Tomato works as a repellent substance and reduce blackheads while the avocado oil has antiseptic and moisturizing effect. When these two products are combined together, it makes a very good skin care product.
Mash tomatoes and add avocado oil or mash up some avocado as well, mix together and apply it on face. Leave it on for 20-30 minutes and wash with warm water.
4, Reduce Inflammation
Tomato cool the skin and neutralize the skin surface, while the yogurt gives the skin a much needed protein, making it more soft and supple.
Add half a tomato and mash it with 2 tablespoon of plain yogurt. Apply the mixture on face, neck, hand and feet for 20 minutes and wash off.
